1. Need info on how to change the method of payment for the autoship. Need to change credit card info. |
Answer: Please go to your web site. Once there click on payment types, your credit card information will appear. At this point you can add your new credit card information. When you are done with the payment update, be sure to hit the save button on the bottom.
If you have any problems updating, please give me a call.

2. Does Eurobotanicals ship to an APO address? |
Answer: No, we do not ship to an APO address. We have to have a physical address to the base in order to ship to the base.

3. How can I change my password? |
Answer: Please go to your members site.
Once there, enter your site with your password.
Click on your details page. There you will see your password section. You can delete the password that is there and add a new password.
Also remember to hit the submit/update button when you are through.

4. How do I order business cards, magnetic signs or banners? |
|
Answer: Please go to www.eurobotanicals.org. This is the site of Longview Multimedia. They print these items for us. Once at this site, stroll down until you see the cards, banners or magnetic signs. Click on the items that you want and you can fill in your personal information. If you have any questions or concerns, please call Michael @ 903-241-2980.

5. Is there any way to change your user name ? |

Answer: Yes, You will not be able to change the user name on the members site. Please e-mail, kenmckinney1@comcast.net and I will make the change for you.

6. Can you take Acai if you are taking Warfarin - the generic equivalent for Coumadin? |
Answer: This is a question that needs to be answered by your personal Doctor.
Please take a bottle of our Acai Juice to your Doctor and have them look at the ingredients.

Answer: Our Acai Juice does not contain any iron.

8. Is Acai Juice safe for children to take? |

Answer: Yes, we would suggest that children 12 or older, will do very well taking Acai Juice.

9. Is there an expiration date/consume by date once a bottle has been opened? |

Answer: There is not an expiration date for our Acai Juice, as long as the Juice is kept in the refrigerator after opening. Before the juice is opened, it must be keep at room temperature. However, because the Acai Juice is a natural product,we do not recommend drinking it 6-8 months after your purchase.

12. What are the weekly cut off dates to enter volume? |
Answer: There are 4 cut off dates in the compensation plan per month. After these dates pass at midnight,all the volume will be totaled and the commission checks will be processed.
Dates: 1st - 7th
8th - 15th
16th - 23rd
24th - the last day of the month

13. What happens if I cancel my Autoship? |
|
Answer: All the volume that accumulates while you are off your Autoship, will not count for you. Once you begin your Autoship with a $60.00 Autoship purchase, all new volume will start to accumulate again.

14. What is the Commission Plan payout each week? |
|
Answer: Eurobotanicals, Inc. guarantees that up to 50% of the total commissionable volume will be paid to its Distributors through the compensation plan.
